Regular Translations
- Prices do not include VAT tax, and are presented in PLN unless otherwise requested.
- A standard page contains 1500 characters; the final page is rounded up to the nearest page.
- The day of order registration and of order delivery is not included in the total number of service fulfillment.
- Order turnaround time does not include weekends and holidays.
- Prices do not include creating and editing complicated tables, or graphs. Additional fee of 50% of standard price per page will apply.
- Highly technical texts additional 10-20% depending on the specialty of document.
- To assure the best quality of translations of highly specialized texts, it is advisable to deliver vocabulary source materials to be used in the translation work.
- Proofreading of ready translated material delivered by a client is possible for a fee equal to 50% of price per page and according to the language group.
- In case of dissatisfaction with the translation, we reserve the right to correct the text at our own discretion.
- Same day and next day orders are calculated at super express rate.
Court Certified Translations
- Prices do not include VAT tax, and are presented in PLN unless otherwise requested.
- A certified page contains 1125 characters.
- Each started page is counted as a full page.
- Service fulfillment: see regular translations section.
- Fees for certified translations are changed quarterly in accordance with the Order of Ministry of Justice defining certified translator's remuneration schedule- the fees fluctuate slightly.
Interpretations
- Interpretation service fees are based on 4 hrs blocks and may be negotiable depending on length of the assignment.
- In case of interpretations outside of city of residence of an interpreter, client shall cover all traveling as well room& board expenses.
- Fees for interpretations performed on Sundays, Holidays and at nights are additional 100%.
- There is a cancellation fee equal to a price of 4 hr block for orders cancelled 1 day prior or on the day of scheduled service.
To assure the quality of interpretation, it is required to provide source materials to the interpreter prior to the scheduled assignment.
